Pjs Singled out

This week-end we attended a musical review where we watched our high school art departments present musical numbers from Broadway. This was one of the songs. I came home and looked up the professional production. amazing! Enjoy.  

Relationships are full of deep valleys and very tall mountains. It feels good to get out of the extremes and recognize and remember why we choose the relationship in the first place. It feels good to feel the love.

Apparently, this song is not new. Who knew?

ahhh, music I can listen to, hear the words, like the beat, love the message.

I was discussing with my children how disappointed I am in the choice of music. I listen to what is being created and it all sounds so similar and not very creative. Everyone seems to be doing the same thing…. over and over again. So I chose this song because it is beautiful and inspiring.

This song makes me happy. Days of sun and fun and being a kid. Makes me smile remembering the feeling of lightness. I think that was caused by lack of responsibility. Who knew.
